One of the main challenges for those who feel drawn to spirituality as a whole and not to one particular "religious path" is how to practice on one's own. What do we 'work on?'.
Indeed, how do we work ? How can we deepen our soul life, evolve forward and confront our psychological blockages and fears, if there is no one to assist and guide us if we don't have the selt-discipline or the know-how to address these issues? The answer is: it can be tricky!
This course, therefore, is designed to address these challenges. In my role as Spiritual Advisor, Transpersonal Psychotherapist and Life Coach, I will work with you to design a spiritual development programme that seems right for you personally. The programme may involve meditative practices, prayer, study and one-to-one sessions (if it is possible to meet personally with me). It may also require you to dip into other programmes I am currently teaching or read some of my articles or listen to some of my CDs, or link in with other teachers or trainings.
Depending what is required and what your availability is, the programme can be quite general or very specific. If we do not meet, we can communicate by phone or email.
The course proceeds from the understanding that becoming more spiritual asks seven main things of us:

That we identify what specific path or paths we are on.

That we come gradually to understand who we truly are .

That we see the importance of becoming more whole.

That we learn to open up more of our humanity .

That we increasingly learn to bring our emerging humanity more effectively into our everyday lives .

That we identify an appropriate code of ethics to live by.

That we discover our unique path of service.
You may start whenever you wish. Costs depend upon how deeply you wish to get engaged and how frequently we communicate.
This course can start whenever you want. Please email me to register for this course and I will mail you the necessary CD and contact you to arrange dates to suit. The costs depend on whether you want to buy or rent the CDs and how long our meetings lasts. My price is ordinarily £60 an hour with concessions for the low-waged.
