Fortnightly London Group

LIVING WITH CHANGE

A Support Group meeting every fortnight in Central London

We are living in insecure times. Many of us may feel we need more support to be better able to deal with the many challenges that are currently surfacing for us. Whether they concern our physical or our emotional health, whether they are financial or existential in nature, or are about the need to enjoy healthier relationships or experience more inner calm or a better work/life balance – whatever they are about, being able to explore them with the help of a like-minded group of people and Serge’s expertise, can be very useful. His speciality is creating, nurturing and safe environments to help people with their personal and spiritual development. Meditation, dream-work, poetry reading, music, guided visualisation, and some psychotherapy and coaching will be included. Expect to find this course helpful and illuminating.

If you are thinking of joining and are not familiar with how Serge works, it is suggested that you either talk or meet with him first, so this may be clarified. This is not a ‘drop in’ group; it needs commitment from the start, although if you feel it is not right for you, you may ‘drop out’ and receive some compensation.
